Est 2024.

What are our age groups?

For the 2024-2025 season we currently have 3 teams. We have two 13u teams and one 12u team. For the upcoming season we will continue to grow into other age groups and additional teams as long as we continue to add great coaches that can lead our players with their knowledge of the game and their passion for Christ!

Where are we located?

We are currently located in Dawsonville Georgia. We have three facilities that include Transcend Sports Performance (TSP), Dawsonville HS, and Rock Creek Park.

Youth Team Goals

Our goal is to develop players and coaches in athletic and spiritual excellence for the purpose of transforming families and baseball culture for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Objectives

Prepare and develop athletes to reach maximum potential and perform with 100% effort in a way that honors the Lord.

Develop and demonstrate character, leadership, service and excellence on and off the field.

Positively and significantly impact and disciple baseball players, coaches, and families while influencing umpires, leagues, and opposing teams.

BIO: Sebastian Dunn is entering his 1st season as Director of Teams for the North Georgia FCA Travel Baseball Program. Previously he served two years as the Director of Teams for the FCA So Cal Catch Youth Program. Sebastian was introduced to the FCA Baseball Ministry in 2019 when he joined the Shepherds Collegiate Summer Team as a shortstop out of the University of North Carolina, Asheville. Sebastian was a 2 year starter at the Junior College Florida State College-Jacksonville before transfering and starting 2 years at Division 1 University of North Carolina Asheville. Sebastian also played 2 summers for the Shepherds and was selected to the Sunset Baseball League All-Star Team.

Catching Coordinator/13u Head Coach: Charlie Erickson

BIO: Charlie is serving his first year on staff as a 13u head coach for the program. Charlie graduated from North Hall HS where he helped his team win the Georgia HS State Championship in 2017. Charlie played his college baseball at Lagrange College and Augusta University as a catcher. After finishing college Charlie now teaches and coaches Baseball at Chestatee HS. Charlie leads the 13u Catch Team and works primarily with Catchers and Hitters.

Pitching Coordinator/Assistant Coach: Matthew Grizzle

BIO: Matthew is serving his first year on staff as an assistant coach for the program. Matthew graduated from Lumpkin County HS and pitched at South Georgia State and Division II Erskine College. Matthew directs the program's pitching and outfield direction.
